My Story
My name is Lachlan Sutton and I am a sophomore at Yale University. I have been cooking for 10+ years, and have cooked at a professional level, working as the sushi chef at Best of Boston winning Bosso Ramen. I specialize in Italian and fusion cuisine but extend to many others. I intend to provide fine dining in a comfortable and novel environment

Introducing Sutton's Table, where fine dining is finally accessible to college students! I believe that gourmet meals shouldn't be reserved for special occasions or high-end restaurants. Whether you're celebrating a milestone, or just need a break from cooking, I have you covered. My rotating menus feature dishes made with fresh ingredients that can be customized, at prices that won't break the bank. With a focus on quality, convenience, and elegance, Sutton's Table brings an elevated dining experience, making every meal a culinary adventure.
SERVICES
I will prepare, cook, and plate at your apartment/kitchen. After, I clean all dishes and pans used in the process.

Fine Dining
The fine dining I will provide elevates every aspect of a meal, from the presentation to the atmosphere to the conversations. Attention to detail, expertly crafted dishes, and personalized service is the goal of each meal, and for guests to leave content and happy. Each course is prepared with high-quality ingredients, shifting from the often processed and unhealthy meals provided by restaurants. My goal is to create an amazing experience that will leave you full and content.

I offer fine dining at no cost through Sutton's Table, with the goal of making this exclusive dining experience more accessible to everyone! I do however accept donations to defray the cost of ingredients
